In compliance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the following identification information is provided:

2. Object of the service
ZClips is an AI-powered platform that converts long-form videos into short vertical clips using AI-assisted transcription, segment selection and automated video rendering. It operates from server infrastructure accessible via zclips.me and is subject to Spanish law.
The Service is offered to the public under the subscription plans described at zclips.me/pricing. The applicable general contracting conditions are set out in the Terms of Service.
3. Subscription plans and prices
ZClips offers the following subscription plans. Prices are shown in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT or similar):
- Free — $0/month. 100 processing tokens per month. Clips include a ZClips watermark. No timeline editor. No auto-upload.
- Pro — $15/month (or $90/year billed annually). 300 tokens per month. No watermark. Full editor access. Auto-upload enabled.
- Ultimate — $30/month (or $180/year billed annually). 600 tokens per month. No watermark. Full editor access. Auto-upload enabled.
One token is consumed per minute (or part thereof) of source video processed. Additional token packs are available for purchase on paid plans. Full plan details and the complete feature comparison are available at zclips.me/pricing.
Prices are subject to change. Users on paid plans will receive at least 30 days' advance notice of price changes before they affect existing subscriptions. EU/EEA consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal subject to the waiver conditions described in the Terms of Service.
4. Intellectual property
All software code, design elements, logos, graphics, brand assets and other original materials that form part of ZClips are the exclusive property of the operator unless otherwise indicated, and are protected by Spanish and international intellectual property law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/1996, Ley de Propiedad Intelectual, and the EU InfoSoc Directive 2001/29/EC).
Third-party libraries used by ZClips are distributed under their respective open-source licences. Reproducing, distributing, publicly communicating or transforming any part of ZClips without prior written authorisation is prohibited, except where expressly permitted by the applicable open-source licence of a specific component.
"ZClips" and the ZClips logo are trademarks of the operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.
5. Content responsibility
ZClips processes source videos and other content provided by its users. The operator is not responsible for the legality, accuracy or copyright status of the source material submitted by users. Each user is solely responsible for ensuring that the material they submit is free of third-party rights that would prevent its processing, clipping or publication, in accordance with the Terms of Service.
AI-generated outputs (transcripts, segment selections, captions, virality scores) may be inaccurate or incomplete. Users are responsible for reviewing every output before publishing it.
The operator will cooperate with competent authorities as required by law and will act on substantiated notices of unlawful content in a reasonable time.
6. Third-party services
ZClips integrates with third-party platforms and APIs including YouTube (Google LLC), TikTok (ByteDance Ltd), Facebook/Meta (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd), Twitch Interactive Inc., Kick, AssemblyAI, Google Gemini / OpenAI / Anthropic (LLM providers), Pexels, Stripe Inc. (payments), and Resend (email). The operator is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those third-party services. Their use is subject to their own terms and policies.
7. Limitation of liability
The operator makes reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and functioning, but provides no guarantee of uninterrupted availability, accuracy of results, or fitness for any particular purpose. The Service is provided "as is". Liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing herein limits mandatory consumer protections applicable in the user's country of residence.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the use of ZClips that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of any EU/EEA country where a user resides.
For online dispute resolution, EU consumers may use the European Commission's ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
For data-protection matters, users may contact the Spanish data protection authority: Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
